      The wireless technology of the PDA means that business can be conducted from any location in the world. PDAs offers the ability to make phone calls, send email and instant text messages, take still photographs or videos, access the Internet and obtain information instantly and book flights and hotel rooms all from a small hand-held device. Organizational change occurs when a company makes a transition from its current state to some desired future state. Managing organizational change is the process of planning and implementing.

    The Technology Change Book is packed with great information. I especially like the ideas about gathering success stories to maintain project momentum. We are now implementing a technology change and the ‘10 signs you selected the right people’ was extremely useful.
